By using CodminBot ("the Bot", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

CodminBot is a Telegram bot that provides group moderation and spam detection services. The Bot helps administrators manage their Telegram groups through various moderation commands and features, including checks powered by CAS (https://cas.chat).

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Administrator Rights

• You must be an administrator or owner of the Telegram group to use the Bot
• You are responsible for ensuring the Bot has necessary permissions
• You are responsible for all actions performed using the Bot in your group

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot for illegal purposes
• Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Bot
• Use the Bot in a way that violates Telegram's Terms of Service

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

• Available at no cost
• Limited actions per day
• Includes promotion messages after 30 days
• User IDs are masked in logs

4.2 Paid Plans

• Advanced and Pro plans require payment
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Plans auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices may change with a notice

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Any damages resulting from use of the Bot
• Loss of data or information
• Interruptions in service
• Actions taken by group administrators using the Bot

6. Data and Privacy

• We collect user data necessary to provide the service
• User data is stored securely
• We do not sell user data to third parties

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• The Bot may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms
• For illegal activity
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
